About Catching Omega 3's
Catching Omega 3's is an ode to the OG little dudes, the ones who fished from the sea to catch their own food.

It captures a time when humanity had a much simpler, more intimate, and direct relationship with nature. Today, our food systems rely on long supply chains. We spend less time outside. It’s possible to go an entire day without thinking about the ecosystems our food comes from. That’s pretty wacky!

We’ve got a lot to learn from the OG little dudes, this wonderful connectedness to the outdoors is still hardwired into our DNA. We just have to get quiet and listen to that part of ourselves.
