Original paintings arrive framed in a beautiful maple floating frame. Open-edition prints are not framed at this time, but if you'd like framing recommendations, please email brooke@littledudeart.com and I'd be happy to share a few options I love.
Prints that fit within 16 × 20 inches ship flat, protected between rigid boards in a stay-flat mailer. Anything that doesn't fit those dimensions travels rolled in a sturdy tube, including sizes like 18 × 18 and 12 × 24.
Original paintings ship framed, boxed and corner-protected. Everything leaves the studio in art-safe packaging so it arrives exactly as it left.
Every piece is final sale, as prints are made to order and originals are one of one.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what was described, that's a different matter entirely. Send me a photo and I'll make it right.
If your print is damaged in transit, we will replace it. Please email brooke@littledudeart.com with photos or a short video of the damage, including the packaging if possible. This helps us file an insurance claim with the shipping service and get a replacement moving for you.

Brooke Hirsheimer
For anyone who has ever felt wonderfully small outside
Before becoming a full-time artist, I worked at World Wildlife Fund, a global conservation organization. My lifelong love of the outdoors took me to trails around the world, including the Swiss Alps, where the first Little Dude sketches appeared in my notebook as tiny black-and-white figures wandering through very big landscapes.
What began as a private sketchbook practice slowly became my visual language for awe. I filled more than 30 sketchbooks with Little Dude's adventures, using the simple human silhouette to capture the strange relief of feeling small in wild places. I pull from my conservation roots to highlight the inextricable link between humanity and a thriving natural world. I hope Little Dude offers a playful tribute to awe and the outdoor spaces that help us come home to ourselves.
